This is a leftover piece of quiche that I have had a few days ago both at dinner and then the next day for my lunch. The crust is made with brown rice and triple cheddar cheese. It also has liquid egg whites. It was really good and I plan to do another quiche either this week or later next week. We’ll see what happens soon. It depends on the amount of ingredients that we still have here for when the time comes. Can’t wait!😀👍🌈
Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🌈

Thank you! I have one baby pie left for tomorrow night as dessert. We have chocolate rice krispy bar with marshmallows and cinnamon raisin bread for a few other days before we have Passover starting this Saturday night coming up.😀👍👍🌈
My book ( The Institute) is going great! I got up to where there are children who have TP and TK abilities. They are able to move things or read other people’s minds that are at the The Institute.😀👍🌈🐇📚📖
Thank you for saying this, Clive. It's much appreciated. When I was younger, I took a HomeEc class in school and the teacher had us cook baby pizzas on crackers. That was fun and I tried it on my own at home once before we moved to the house I've been in since 1993.
Thank you! I love when we have quiche and there's always leftovers so I can have them the next day. The flavors always blend better together overnight.
That looks delicious Leah and I hope you get to make another one😋😋
Thank you! I hope we can do a new one soon, too. We use to use fake bacon, but the store we get it from hasn't had it in stock for a few weeks, now. So depressing, but when they do have it, then my mom and dad say they will put it on the to order list.
Good morning, Hidden . Just saw your reply now. Thank you.
The book "Carrie" was the same as the first "Carrie" movie. There's a sequel to the first movie, but was a little odd since it didn't explain how Carrie had a daughter. The sequel was on TV a few years ago.
Absolutely right! Oddly, the rice almost didn't get added in when it was cooking, but she made sure to add it and everything stayed together better than if we had done it the correct way the first time. Very interesting to see the results, but it did taste better, too.
