Hi everyone. These are homemade gluten free cupcakes that my Niece, my Mom and I did on Thursday afternoon into Friday. They are very good and we have a lot leftover for the next few days. See below for the pictures in the link.

They are very good and portion controlled! Thank you, Hidden ! Mine are the crunchy peanut butter topped ones. My parents wanted creamy peanut butter for their cupcakes.😀👍🌈🧁

How lovely to spend quality time with your niece making cupcakes.🌈😊

She loves to bake and I hope we can do more before November 11th. Not too sure what the next cooking project will be, but I hope she has fun. :-)

No. I'd have to check if it's out here. We tend to get crunchy for me since that's one of my favorite types of peanut butters. The creamy is second and Nutella is third (depending on what we use it with/on. Nutella says not to put in the refrigerator, but when you want to use it for frosting, we put it on the cake/items and then put it in the refrigerator to let it get settled on the top. Really good! :-)
