Hi everyone. This is what I had for dinner tonight. There’s a new sauce that was mixed in with red pepper and jalapeños. This is a new sauce, but it wasn’t spicy. The quiche had cheddar cheese mixed in and brown rice for the crust. I will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow afternoon. Along with the quiche, I had a side salad with blue cheese dressing. Everything was really good and had 46 carbs..
