Iceland Delivery and a Beautiful Roast

Dear All,

This morning my, slightly 'weather' delayed, Iceland Delivery arrived. This included three, of their, Gammon Roasts- this one 'Easy Carve Honey Glaze'. Nice and easy to cook too... put in the oven covered, for about fifty minutes, drain off the fluid (I left some, probably about a third), and put over the Glaze. Return to the oven uncovered for about another ten to fifteen minutes., take out and Stand... whilst you serve the veg- I did Mash and Sprouts.

Absolutely Beautiful and at 'Three Roasts For a Fiver', quite economic too. Well worth a 'Try'.

Hi Andrew glad you got your delivery were venturing out to Morrisons tomorro for fish for home made battered fish n chips my favourite, I don't eat gammon but sounds nice for those that do and is good job pixies asleep and not reading your post or he'd be meowowowing for me to cook him some gammon 🙀😁why don't you join the healthy eating site I'm on there I put a lot of quick easy meals on, Jerry had his pancakes on and that reminded me it's pancake Day today have a good day hugs from Mandy and sleepy babe 😊😺😻🌻

Hi Lynne yes just popped in ended up replying to posts lol eyes dazzling so going soon pixies back to sleep how are you or is that a silly question, Maria's out some nice recent photo on of her in Holliday on my yesterday's valentine location post, I'm feeling ok today had cry this morning I felt good in park kinda like a big weights been lifted off and almost forgot about the virus too had mouse in kitchen but seems to have gone out door my mouse post was a good read a few joined in was a little bit rude in parts but Baz wasn't on so think that's why it didn't get worst lol as us ladies are totally innocent lol 😁😁hope you get some sleep love Mandy and pixie 🧡💛😻😺🌛😴🛌🌻xxxx

Contrary to what Mr B might say I don't party all night any more😁I sometimes stayed up all night in my student days. These days I don't have much choice in the matter 🤣
