This morning my, slightly 'weather' delayed, Iceland Delivery arrived. This included three, of their, Gammon Roasts- this one 'Easy Carve Honey Glaze'. Nice and easy to cook too... put in the oven covered, for about fifty minutes, drain off the fluid (I left some, probably about a third), and put over the Glaze. Return to the oven uncovered for about another ten to fifteen minutes., take out and Stand... whilst you serve the veg- I did Mash and Sprouts.
Absolutely Beautiful and at 'Three Roasts For a Fiver', quite economic too. Well worth a 'Try'.
