I don't have anyone to call, or anyone who calls me. I am very lonely. I find this community supportive, but I really wish I had personal contact with someone.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, due to my brain injury, telephone calls are very difficult for me. I get severe cognitive fatigue which makes me unwell for several hours. I do appreciate you trying to help.
I understand this but believe me Marnie, if this were not the case I know you'd be being driven insane by all the calls you would be getting from people on here because, as Mandy said, you are very much valued! Xxx

Thank you for asking Mandy, he's doing ok, still can't do anything without getting exhausted even going to the bathroom wears him out he's stuck in his room because of my diabetes still and that's not pleasing him! Still can't taste or smell anything xx

Oh dear it's such a weird virus how it effects everyone different what will he do about going back to work I hope doctors give him extended sick ongoing in fact he needs to keep off works until gets vaccine really youve had it so rough lately what a worry with everything else you've had going on and your still here be strong and supportive for peoe me for one so thank you for that and still managing to have a joke marnies mad bunny post was so funny were going for walk in park in wellies today 🤯xxx

It's horrible Mandy, 8 people at his work have tested positive and one of the drivers died of it last week, our gp is very good and when the isolation period is up he's said he'll sign him off until he gets his strength back, thanks for checking up on us and be careful outside sending love xx

Thank you. Scary indeed! I'm worried all the time for our son ,who also lives with us, as he works in Retail and his health is not the best anyways. He's also paranoid about us! I was happy to hear you are still going to be able to meet your requirements as a Bazzak Baiter Supreme but make sure to look after yourself well too! I'm still under the weather but hope to participate soon!😁 Xxx

Yes most of it, but the pavements were treacherous so didn't go out! Took my little car for a spin last night, don't want battery to die on me! 🚙

Oh well that's good you got out makes all the difference were going for walk today in park I'm putting wellies on tho too much wet n mud, my good comfy boots have split from it. Paths look ok today park is no go area on weekend so full, no doubt I'll be playing dodgems with them joggers again 🤯xxx

I'm so sorry to hear this Marnie and I have seen the replies below, I'm so sorry because of your health you find it difficult to talk to people on the phone. You are definitely a valued member of this community and I really hope the lovely words that have been written go some way to help.
I do hope that you will be able to speak to a neighbour maybe over the garden fence or outside of a flat all depending on where you live.

I've just called my daughter and it was lovely to talk to her. Fortunately for me I will be seeing her on Wednesday as I will be looking after her eldest whilst she takes the youngest one to hospital for one of her regular appointments.
