This was what I had tonight. The rice was brown rice. The cheese was Swiss. There was spinach mixed in together and we had salad with French Style fat free dressing and Greek yogurt with gluten free cereal for a parfait. Everything totaled to 58 carbs.. It was really great and I will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Canโt wait!
