It will be nice in 2021 when the rest of the UK air shows return like the Fairford one.

I use to go to alot of air shows when i was younger as my father was in the Royal Air Force, he served 40 years!
The red arrows were the ones i always enjoyed watching the most

Great photos.. I do miss my local airshow, it got cancelled and stopped quite a few years ago now.

I love Guernsey. I lived there as a child and still have family on the island. Two planned trips there have been postponed already but hope to get over soon.

I bet you were disappointed having your trips postponed.
Here we have had some plans postponed as well due to the new restrictions and there have been tears and anger and resentment over it and I had nearly lashed out when I was told by another poster to be positive at them as I was angry but thankfully never did!
I am fine now I have talked things over and dealt with the anger and resentment and now I have calmed down what we decided on was pushing back those plans until 2021 which feels like the best decision at this time.
Wow! Thanks for this. I love air shows. I find it really exciting. I went to one a few years ago and it was above the sea. One of the planes crash landed into the water. The man was fine though. I think I could live in Guernsey. 😍 fab photos!!
