So, could be other veg in this family also. ππ
Yes, something I've never heard of. I would never of expected innocent vegetables to be so toxic.π€
Hello thank you for sharing.
I am not aware of this since finding out most UK vegetables fresh do not last very long.
Always buy majority frozen.
To me a major concern if you buy vegetable should last a little longer than a few days.
So now buy frozen veggies sad I know as a chef and cook and more he says lol...
Not good wished to cook fresh but frozen actually excellent if you do know how to cook it right.
Fatal mistake many people make think there a post coming here again lol...
Thank you once again.
You're welcome. I also buy some frozen veg as agree fresh doesn't last long. I do buy fresh carrots and red cabbage, I prefer fresh carrots and they're organic. As soon as I buy the red cabbage I freeze it.
Nowt wrong with frozen.πππ
I'm so pleased you've already eaten them and no reaction, I would never of thought innocent veg could do this. It really is worrying.

I didn't know that either Alicia, as I love eating cucumbers π₯ and courgettes in autumn or winter! Not going to accept homegrown stuff now! Good to know this!
Going to send website to my youngest son later, as he's busy with his 2 little ones now!π₯°π₯π
I was shocked as I've never heard anything like it, just goes to show.
I'm glad you've found it useful.
