Another powerwalk

Hi all

I enjoyed another powerwalk today, Hidden you did kind of say earlier no doubt you'll be walking through the south HamsπŸ˜‚.

Hope you like the photos,I actually managed to photograph a pheasant, if you enlarge the left hand photo, middle, you'll see it.

I walked 22,562 steps and believe it or not that's a difference of 20 on yesterday's steps.

Lovely pictures, great you saw a pheasant. Well done on your power walk. Hope it wasn’t too chilly for you x

Thank you and pheasants normally fly off when I get anywhere close to them. Appreciate that and fortunately it's been mild here so I wasn't cold at all xx🌈😊

You are the fittest lady I know!! My best Scottish friend walks 6-8 miles in all weathers with different friends a few times a week and in between plays golf. She lives near Loch Lomond and the west side is very wet but just so beautiful. Exercise helps her enormously as widowed but then she has no health issues!

Thank you Diana. Scotland does have beautiful areas but it really can be quite wet. How lovely that exercise is helping her head from her loss, must be so hard being with someone that's your constant and then they are gone, don't know how I'd be as I've been married 42 years now. You are right though, having no health issues makes a difference. I had to stop exercising when my IBS turned on it's head in November 2018 from food poisoning and I literally couldn't exercise much at all as I had nausea every day. Fast forward to Low Fodmap eating, the rest is history as they say thank goodness.

Precisely, it's made a huge difference xx

Thank you Jerry and you did kind of put the spanner in the works saying I'd be walking the South Hams LOL.

Yes I was happy with that.

Have a lovely day.

Hi Zest

Thank you, it was great to get out, the sky looked very threatening but it stayed dry.

Alicia xx🌈😊
