We had awful weather this morning, it was cold and wet but it started to change around lunchtime and it's really sunny now. I was going to go shopping this afternoon but I decided to make the most of the sun and go for a short walk to test my foot, I injured it from jogging around 4.5 weeks ago. I'm pleased to say my foot survived so I'll soon be back to power walking. I walked 9452 steps couldn't have done that with my foot a week ago.
I took quite a few photos whilst out and here's the first set, hope you like them.

Thank you Sadie and I'm so glad you enjoy the photos. The weather improved so much this afternoon that I had to make the most of it and it was a good opportunity to test my foot. It was my own silly mistake by jogging, it's power walking and cycling from here.

Hi Jerry, it was short for me ha ha. It's very windy but I was out of the wind as it's a North/Easterly, mostly Northerly today.
There are a couple of benches along the way with lovely views.

Thank you, it was beautiful when I went out, much better than the weather this morning. My foot coped really well but I won't be jogging again. The swelling has gone down a lot.
