I went on a short walk today with my husband, it was lovely when out. It's about as far as my foot can go at present.
The weather cleared up beautifully this afternoon.
Hope you all had a good day stay safe and well.

That's progress Alicia! And nice to walk with your husband. Your pictures now showing a very different sky to other recent ones, but it does add a new dimesion to them! Glad your foot's getting better! πππ

Thank you and it certainly is, I've vowed never to jog again, I'm sticking to it this time.
Yes not the clear blue but the weather wasn't actually bad at all.
Yes it's improving slowly but surely.πππΆββοΈ
Wonderful, I'd say that is pretty far 6449 steps in one go

I meant to say no more jogging, just cycling and powerwalking.
I am glad you got a walk Alicia. The photos are lovely too. I do get exercise dancing but would love get out into the countryside. Hopefully soon. The R rate is still too high around here. Take care. x
Thank you Sheila and the views were lovely yesterday. Dancing is wonderful and I would love to go to dance classes, you never know, also it's a fantastic way to exercise and very enjoyable. I do count myself very lucky to live in the countryside.
Lovely views again Alicia, so uplifting. We're beginning to think we might not get down there at all this year which will be very sad. It's good news that you managed a walk but do take it steady and don't overdo it as it will just set you back more.
Although I don't comment every day on the views that you post, I do always 'check them out'. Take care, Patsy
Thank you Patsy. It is sad isn't it that we can't travel to go on holiday, I was due to go to the Lake District this month but that's been moved to next year now but we were very lucky as they just transferred our holiday to next year. I am being careful and definitely don't want to go backwards with my foot.
You don't need to comment, I'm glad you are able to view them and enjoy.
Two walking poles might help. Only drawback is you tend to go faster. When this covid caper is over I prescribe a few walks in Austria. Bus to the lifts, swift seats to the top, where there is always a cafe with epic views. If all else fails you can go for a walk and admire the scenery, And the cows, and the Choughs that will hop over and purloin your lunch. If you look carefully you can get a hotel with a pool to relax in afterwards
Thank you. My foot will heal soon, it's been 2 1/2 weeks now since it swelled.
Now I love your prescription, that sounds like heaven to me.ππ
