I had my vaccination yesterday and was wondering if I'd get any side effects so decided to be safe and walk at a normal pace today i.e. not power walking or jogging. Therefore, both my hubby and me went out on a walk today, we do do this occasionallyπ, and we had a lovely walk through the woods and fields, it was beautiful and it felt warmer than yesterday and stayed dry.
My phone recorded 19362 steps which is 8.37 miles.
I'm pleased to say that apart from an aching arm I'm feeling absolutely fine today which I'm really pleased about.
I hope that you are all safe and well and enjoy the rest of your day/evening.

Thank you KoKo and I feel absolutely fine which I'm pleased about. It was such a lovely walk listening to the wildlife and seeing all of the trees springing to life as well as the flowers. Hope your Sunday is going well.
Lucky you Alicia... Beautiful countryside, lovely weather and a doting hubby to walk with. What more can you ask for? So far so good regarding the vaccination. One down one to go., I've done some tidying up of the garden, and I'm looking forward to the new series of Line of Duty which starts tonight.
Thank you Chrys and the weather and countryside was lovely and nothing like as cold as I thought it would be, it was warmer than yesterday. Yes I'm pleased about the vaccination and as you say one down one to go. I'm glad you got out in the garden, always good doing that as you feel so good looking at a tidy garden. Enjoy Line of Duty.
It's good that you haven't had side effects. I haven't either. Apparently it is best to take things easy for a few days after the vaccination as the body has a lot to do!ππΈ
Sounds like a plan. Since my vaccination I have been wondering about all the complex processes our bodies must be going through after a vaccination. It's incredible to think it's all busily happening while we go about our daily business! ππΈ
It certainly is Marnie. You are so right and to be honest I never thought of it like that but you're so right, our immune systems must be doing somersaults whilst we just carry on.πΊπΈπ»

Thank you Mandy and I too love photos with reflections in the water. I'm feeling very good thank you, just a bit of a sore arm which is nothing, I definitely one of the lucky ones as it's not affected me at all apart from the arm.
Spending time with your husband on a scenic walk is truly splendid. Glad you were able to get your shot and more importantly you feel fine. Photos are beautiful
