Hi all
I went out on a coastal walk with my hubby today so no powerwalk, we do walk at different speeds. It was a lovely walk and we had a picnic looking across at the sea.
It was a beautiful morning but clouded over a bit this afternoon but still warm for the time of year. I walked 21, 556 steps which was 9.31 miles.

Thank you. The leaves on the trees and hedges are coming out more and more and the weather this week with the sun will certainly encourage growth.

Thank you, it was a beautiful morning. We manged to get a seat just out of the wind so were lovely and warm when we were eating our sandwiches. You are right, the little flowers are wild violets, they are beautiful little flowers and they were my grandfather's favourite flower.🦋🐞🐴

They really are, he was a lovely man and I had the pleasure of knowing him well as I was 18 when he died so have lovely memories😊🌈

Is that little violets I see there cf, my laptop is in the shop and I'm using my phone so the photos are quite small and I can't make the flowers out properly. Violets are close to my heart. Lovely pics anyway. xx

Oh Alicia that's wonderfull we thought it was so nice in park and when bumped into some family thought be nice to have picnic it's a lovely location you have and I'm optimistic I'll meet my soul mate one day I think at the moment I'm destined to be here for mam and even if I'm too old to meet someone when mam dies I'll have a soul mate in my cocker spaniel dog and cats I'll be a happy spinster with house full of pets by the sea lol 😁🌞🌝don't forget to check the full moon it be getting smaller soon he's smiling lol makes a change from.grumpy nippy 😺😁🌝

Fabulous views your way Alicia! Are you a swimmer too? One of my sons is a wild swimmer and even dips in Hampstead pond on Christmas day! It's been hard during lockdown. He'd ideally love to be near the sea. Have a nice day. Still beautiful here near Cambridge.
