My kitchen scales broke last night so I had to order some more as I have to weigh my food as I'm following the low fodmap diet. Got my scales and cycled home in the dry - result.

Great result to get home dry crazyfitness and glad you got your replacement scales.
Thank you and yes I was very fortunate, it was dripping on me on the way there but then it brightened up😊
We did but I timed it well as we had a window in the weather.
I bought Salter digital scales, they were very light in weight.
Very good cycle ride and glad it stayed dry
Thank you and yes a bonus it stayed dry
go on Keto diet, unless serious other health issues. foodmap suggets to me slow absorption of milk and yeat like bread products, completely separate proteins and carbs, stick to salads and meats. lentils.beans for now shopping a bit of an issue...your cycling is grt.my ma had a weight gain SUDDEN, menapause, HATES MOVING, her reumatism stops her and inbuild which I cannot shift inherent laziness to move. no excuse.
I'm doing really well on the low fodmap diet and do eat a fair few vegetables. I cannot have yeast hence making sourdough. I get problems if I have too much salad and I'm a Vegan so of course don't eat meal but do eat lentils and beans within the low fodmap guidelines, I also eat a fair bit of quinoa which I really enjoy as I flavour it with spices. I struggled a bit with the menopause but there was no way it was going to beat me. I did have a problem with my knee but it seems to be absolutely fine at the moment and if it does play up I'll just revert back to the physio I was doing before.
