Not the weather for a bike ride today so I decided the gym it was. The photo is of the workout on the treadmill, 30 minutes of fast uphill powerwalking and 5 minutes of jogging on the flat.

I don't blame you for not going on your bike ride today, here it's been windy, wet and raining and horrible, but well done on going to the gym

Hi Alicia, thank you, my day has been OK, did some ironing and not much else, I'm on annual leave this weekend so tomorrow is another pub lunch with sister, we're doing breakfast which is on a bit one get one free offer

Glad you enjoyed the gym, i have been painting this afternoon and I didn't notice what the weather was doing. I can't hear any rain, so, that's a good thing. 👍😊🌸

It certainly wasn't Sue and the gym certainly fills the gap. I'll admit though I much prefer outdoor exercise.🚶♀️🚴♀️🏞😊
i havent been to the gym since lockdown. i miss going but i dont think it is safe with the covid. how are you finding yours?

I'm finding it absolutely fine, there's loads of cleaning solution and paper towel to clean the equipment. It'll be even better now as face masks have to be worn, the only time you don't have to wear one is when exercising.
It really isn't safe to cycle in this weather. The treadmill is a good piece of machinery. I go on the cross trainer as well then use other equipment like weights to tone.

Thank you Ali. Hmm, not sure about the gale force storms LOL. Mind you, I don't do the ironing, Jeff does 
They did forcast a few hous of dry weather for us yesterday - but it did not happen - but I might get out for a walk this evening.

It's dry here at the moment but very windy, supposed to be heavy rain later. Our eldest is here at the moment and possibly our granddaughters will be here later.

Aww bless you, you are making feel really lazy, mind you I’ve not posted for a while Cos I went to Tenerife with the whole family yo celebrate me and Colin having a break from hospital appointments , broke my hip on the last day and ended up in hospital for 10 days with a new hip!,,,xx

Thank you, it makes me feel good exercising. It does take effort to get there but once there I just crack on. I'm so glad you got to Tenerife with the whole family but so sorry you broke your hip and you went to Tenerife to celebrate having a break from hospital and ended up back there, I really fee for you. I really hope you are on the mend.
