Cleaned the bathroom and pottered about, doing a Zoom Coffee morning tomorrow, where we're having a quiz so that should be good
With my reading group we're sent the text in advance, and thevpicture is one of the poems we're looking at this week, I thought it was appropriate for what we're going through

I have been working and working nights
I am 50 hours into a 72-hour fast, and I walked ten miles today, round the hill and into town to shop. Tomorrow I am delivering PPE for the NHS.
I love the poem Jennymary, very appropriate for what's happening at present.

I went out for a walk with hubby this morning and we've pottered around a bit this afternoon.

Our day has just started so it was a bike ride to kick things off, then roasting coffee. Gardening after that.
I have applied for 6 jobs, had a short walk at lunchtime, finished my remote control book which I really enjoyed and been on future learn as well.
A great poem choice Jennymary, I’ve been to the vets with my cat, she’s got stress cystitis, the vet gave her a two week antibiotic injection which is better than trying to get the tablets down her and she is to continue on the anti inflammatory meds 😊
Wow, I bet you all had a good discussion about the poem. It is very beautiful, yet sad. It has been raining here all day. Manage to walk the dogs but Bobby got wet and he hates the rain and being wet. Whereas, Pip was just rolling about in the long grass, with no worries of muddy paws or a rain soaked coat. I've been practicing with some paints today, getting the feel for the brushes and seeing what sort of lines and effects you can create. I've got watercolours, oils and acrylics, all the right paper and brushes, there are still some things I need but I've got enough too get started. It ill be a while before I do a picture but I have the equipment to start experimenting now. Hope your evening is going well. 😊🌼
