Good morning everyone,
Today my quotation was brought to me. My daughter's here on a visit, and was telling me that she's been invited to a 'meet and greet' which the Dalai Lama is attending, so we were discussing what topics might arise.
We were thinking of the Buddhist principle of doing no harm and some of the things he might have said about that. But in fact when we looked, it was this which popped up, not quite on the chosen topic, but seems very relevant to life.
Have you ever been put off joining a cause because you felt your voice was too small to ever be noticed?
Maybe this might make you think again.
"If you think you're too small to make a difference.... try sleeping with a mosquito in the room."
How true. Even the most insignificant voice can become heard when it's repetitive and that the bite which comes with it can really quickly stir you into action.
