The highlight for me today was focusing on changing how I communicate with everyone. I called my insurance guy and some repair people and the farrier, and went out of my way to express my appreciation for their services, and shared some creative ideas with friends (in line with advice that I worry less if I do the right thing and focus on action). (I also did the sketch from the front yard that I posted today.)

My awesome workout!
It's a really mindful thing to think about how you'll communicate with people and a really good exercise as you tend to find they begin to respond in an entirely different way too. I think we could really change the world if more of us tried this.
Yesterday's highlight for me, was an unexpected phone chat with my daughter. We hadn't had a catch-up for over a week, so it was quite a long call and led to lots of laughter. Loving your 'alphabet' sketch! 😊

Wonderful that you got to have an unexpected chat with your daughter! Big smiles about that! The ABC sketch was a collection of little farm buildings and I thought they looked like baby blocks - so...
