Thank you for your concern. I'm soaking my foot in ice cold water every night and it's working as I'm walking normally now, there's still a little swelling so I'm waiting for that to go completely before I go on any long walks.

Aw thank you Lynne, so lovely of you to say. Funny thing is I tested my foot today with s short walk and guess what, I had no problems. I've been soaking it in ice cold water every day and it's working well, the swelling has nearly gone.
