With reference to the pins and needles post transplant, I have had it in both hands especially in the thumbs and forefingers . It is most irritating and like others who have commented upon.it, I have great difficulty in opening jars and taking the tops off tins. At the moment I'm also suffering from lightheadedness and have become a bit breathless., In fact I feel a bit worse now than I did a couple of weeks ago. I' m 4 months after my liver transplant and thought I'd be feeling better than this. I suppose I'm expecting too.much too soon, as I was very active up until cirrhosis caught up with me last year. I worked, did amateur.dramatics, played bass in a rock band and belonged to a HOG .motorcycle chapter. I suppose time is just catching up with me as I was 70 in march. Does anybody else have the same sort of problems post transplant ?

In my experience everyone has problems post transplant. But your team will tweek your meds until they get the optimum cocktail for you I would expect.
Do you have a specialist nurse who you can contact to discuss this with?
Give yourself time. It's only been 4 months.
Best of luck.

What did your doctor say about the issue after surgery?
Hello, I just want to send you my best wishes. If it's any consolation I also suffer with pins and needles in my hands so understand how unpleasant it is. A member on the Forum also has difficulty opening tins and mars and recommended a gadget. I sent off for one and find it helps me tremendously. It's called.....Gripper jar opener made by Kuhn. I bought mine on line and it cost £13.00 plus postage.
Hope you feel easier soon.
😀💗
