Good morning Sunfloweronline. I know what you mean! This is the tough bit! Weβre mentally and physically fed up and just want normal life again. If we hang in there now, that can resume sooner. Never mind all the rule breaking risk takers. Keep yourself safe and well and together we sensible people will win the covid19 war. So give yourself a nice big pat on the back not only for getting through even though you are fed up, but for helping to fight this war!
Hope you have a good day, and glad to hear that this community is helping you to stay as strong as you can! ππ·πππ
Good morning Sunglower and Callendersgal...... if we treat this covid19 lockdown as normal, surely things can only get better. Hoping you both, and everyone else of course , all enjoy a beautiful Friday.
Take care and stay safe!

Good morning
I hope you are well
I feel disillusioned with the on going Pandemic but it is being done for our own good
I try to go out to do a few errands , it town is operating at minimum capacity
I think in time things will change but this will need patience and time
I have been impacted financially with the Lockdown as a flat which normally provides me with an income is empty waiting for tenants
But I realise this and I miss having my income and going on excursions and visiting places of the National Trust and flower shows all which helped me to combat my own loneliness
But through this , we will learn to understand with greater clarity of the struggles of others
To have more compassion and humanity to identify with their struggles
I am fed up but acceptance is key to making the best of a difficult situation
Kind Regards
Youβre not the only one! I finally went to my hairdresser (Yesterday). When we arrived I had to text her to tell her that I was there then wait till she came out to (In my case since I am unable to walk.) get me. Then I had to wear a mask the entire time. After I was done with her I got my nails done (finally!) and not only had to wear a mask but the woman who did my nails in addition to wearing a mask wore surgical gloves. Then she poured a wash into my hands to wash with prior doing my nails. Then we were separated by a plastic βshieldβ that I unknowingly kept moving. I am so tired of this considering where I live the Virus cases keep going up!
Thanks so very much for your reply x
Hi Sunfloweonline, it is getting a bit stressful, even my four year old granddaughter is stressed about the situation, can you imagine that. It is very upsetting. We need so much to try to remain positive at this crucial time. We all want, so much for a return to normal but that will be coming in a different form of normal. We have to remember as much as we want to do things the virus is still out there. Be reassured you are not alone in how you feel and we are all here to support each other. ππΌπ·
Yes. such a good help hey, take care and as we all know, deep down we are doing our bitπππ
Good afternoon Sunflower, yes I agree, itβs all a bit much now and confusing, lots of people are acting as though the virus has gone, approaching too close, Im forever having to take avoidance action in supermarkets, though my visits are few. I wear a mask and gloves on my forays but that doesnβt seem to say, β keep your distanceβ, .........so, I tried doing a bit of gentle coughing, that seems to clear the way bit, and it makes me laugh.ππ
