I love to start the day with a walk first thing. Today I had Teddi with me from my pre lockdown dog walking days....I find going for a walk first thing motivates me for the rest of the day. Otherwise I sometimes feel sluggish and can't get enthusiastic about doing much.
So during the lockdown it's been important for me to keep walking which hasnt been easy for me as I usually walk with a dog and walking on your own isnt the same for me but none the less I find getting up and going for a fast walk boosts my energy and mood...
Enjoy your day, I hope its sunny where you are.

Hi Ali
I'm glad you are able to get out for your walk and I fully understand that it's hard to be without your four legged friends so well done for keeping going.
It's a beautiful day again today so we're going out in the garden doing some hedge cutting. Believe you me, as soon as my foot is better, I'll be out there walking as well.
Unfortunately so, it's been a week and 2 days now, I'll forget what walking is๐๐.
We didn't end up cutting the hedge as the trimmers broke down just after we started so I ended up baking biscuits for hubby, made peanut butter, no surprise there๐ and I made a low fodmap stock for cooking.
The wind is welcomed as it cooled ot down a little. I'll be out on my bike tomorrow.
Aw she is fine thank you. I was going to post a picture but it wouldnโt let me upload it. She has had her hair cut! So she was super soft and you could see her eyes ๐
That's good to hear. I am fine and I had a phone interview earlier on that was supposed to have been in April but they had to cancel it so put it for today instead.
I was anxious before the interview though and felt better once it was over!
I'm glad you get so much daily positivity from your walks Agoodenough. That's fabulous!๐
