It's been a beautiful day here in Devon, UK, I hope it's been lovely where you are.
Hubby and me had a lovely walk around the coast and had a late lunch. Following our lunch we were using hammer and chisels knocking off rendering and removing the metal mesh from our conservatory walls. Anglian are going to be rebuilding the top part of our conservatory so that we can use it all year round, not too cold in the Winter or too hot in the Summer.
Let's say we had a busy day.π
Hope you like the photos.
Enjoy the rest of your evening.
Alicia

Thank you Lynne really appreciate your very kind words.
Thank you Bobby. It wasn't the plan to knock down render but I'm so pleased we did it, a little more to do but not too much.πππ
Thank you Jerry, it is a lovely walk around the coast.
I love your terminology about the 'Goldilocks' zone, what a great way to put it. I cant8wait for it to be done, no more squishing the table and chairs in the corner of the lounge.
Not a good forecast today but it's only today that it's really bad.
Thank you. I love Dawlish and remember being on the train with my mum during the school holidays and getting off at Dawlish. It's not too far from me as I live in Devon. Glad you had a lovely time and a little rain isn't too bad.πππ
You're welcome. I'm so sorry you're in lockdown, who would have thought back in the Spring that there would be further lockdowns. I hope it doesn't last too long.
Thank you and I hope your day can be as good as it can be.
Hi Alicia, that looks like such an enjoyable walk, and a good idea to make sure you got it before the weather turns. Another good idea is making a conservatory into an extra room that can be used year round. Might as well make the maximum use of it! Glad you had such a nice day.ππ

Hi Sue
It really was thank you and definitely good to get a walk in before the rain. They are getting on really well with the conservatory and a good job we're having it done as think it would have fallen down eventually as the 'builder', for the want of a better description, that built it made a lot of mistakes, it was leaking, glass was in the wrong way round, it moved, so a very good job we've made this decision. We will now have somewhere to store our table and chairs rather than in the corner in our lounge.
It's sunny here now, a lot better than this morning's weather. ππ
