Hi Liz, sorry you're having a sleepless night....me too π
I suffer from a few conditions, the main being chronic back/neck pain but things being compounded just now for a couple of reasons. Obv covid 19 but I lost my mum last June and finding things particularly bad atm.
You're right though...such a long night and I don't feel any hint of sleep coming. Hope your ok and do eventually get some shut eye...you're defo not alone. Take care Liz x
Commiserations Liz! It's horrible not only being awake through the night but to be in pain too is awful. I do find when I have one of those wakeful nights, with or without pain, it helps to give in to the fact that you are wide awake and not try to fight it. And that's why I totally agree with the posts below and find a nice hot cuppa very soothing. (It's a waste of time worrying about the caffeine when you are already wide awake methinks!) π
Good to know I'm not alone.... Thanks for your reply. π
Hi it's good to know I'm not alone , no I didn't sleep at all. I always feel OK the next day. I'm wondering if I should review my pain meds with my doctor. Thank you for replying to my post. Lizx
I had successful phone consultation with GP today, we going to change my meds.
