Hi there
You should be doing this for yourself and don't bother what others think. I used to have a lot of sibling influence many years ago, both my brother and sister used to think I was thick and it's taken me many years to realise that everyone is different.
It's not up to your siblings, do it for yourself.
I read an article in my magazine recently and it was a woman who went to her doctor very overweight and she wanted diet pills, he prescribed her 'fasting'. She start to follow what the doctor recommended and as they say, the rest is history.
A combination of a good diet and exercise is definitely the key to losing weight and keeping it off. Have a look at the Fasting Forum on here.

Very best of luck, you can do it and you'll feel good for it as well.

Take no notice of what other think do it for your self think how your feel in month or so looking good and slimmer 👍
Do not stop eating, just change the things you eat. Go keto. Cut out all carbs, exercise and you will lose 1lb per day.
Elizabeth.
