What's tetrazzini? , I'm from England - cooking isn't one of our strong points!
Hi milk.
I was going to say, sounds good and looks good but I am from the states and I am not sure what tetrazzini is either. Enlighten me, please. It does look yummy.
It’s simply sautéed turkey and onions in olive oil then adding cream of mushroom soup ( I use Campbell)a soup can of milk and grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
We've Cambell's soups over here, but we haven't got decent weather! It sounds great and will give it a try some day. Thank you - I don't really know what I'm doing on this site or whether I'm pressing the right buttons. I've never used social media stuff before but I like this site, I'm on my own and it helps
It's fabulous! It has an interesting flavor that I don't think can be predicted from the ingredients. Names after an opera singer, I believe. bettycrocker.com/recipes/ma...
Creamy and garlic maybe? I’m not sure either! M x
