Hi everyone thanks for being supportive, you are doing a great job educating people here,

My mother took TT injection few months ago from that day she has a small pea sized lump , but from 3to 5 days it's enlarged and filled with pus , on 21 April she had her 4th cycle of chemo, she is suffering from ov cancer recurrent disease.

oncologist prescribed her Amoxiclav 625 mg 3 times a day for five days. Do you know any home remedies ?

Hi sunnysprklng , first and foremost I'm so sorry to hear about your mum, what a worrying time it is for you.

I would love to be able to let you know about home remedies but unfortunately I do not have any, personally I wouldn't want to use any herbal kind of remedy unless it wasn't safe. For instance, I took St John's Wort years ago for depression and although it worked brilliantly for me I ended up burning my retina as I inadvertently looked at the sun, it took about 18 months for my eye to heal and I've worn glasses ever since. The only suggestion I have, which I've no doubt your mum is following is making sure she's eating a very healthy diet and eating as much organic as possible.

Sorry I can't be of further help but please carry on posting here for support.

Thinking of you and your mum.

Take care

You are welcome.

Stay safe and well.

Hi sunnysprking, So sorry to hear that your mum's having such a challenging time with her health. This additional lump must be very uncomfortable for her. Normally I'd say a hot compress might bring relief, which is simply a pad of cloth heated in some way, placed over the area, but I really don't know that it's advisable given your mum's present health condition. I don't think she should try anything at all without checking with a doctor or nurse first. Hopefully the antibiotic will kick-in quickly and bring her some relief. Take care, both of you.

Hi

First of all I would like to say how sorry I am to read of the difficult time your Mum is having. I am so pleased that she has such a wonderful daughter who is there for her, this must really help your Mum. I think best piece of advice I can give is to get in touch with her Dr or nurse, I'm sure they will be able to help. Pm me anytime. With all my love Lynne xxxx 😘♥️🌻🌹🤗 xxxx
