Got too get active!!! It's tough right now. But I will? been kinda out and down lately. Don't know why but it's going too be what ever I make it....

Hi there, lots of people our finding they are getting down in the current climate of things. There is much you can do to try to divert these feeling. Having some sort of routine to follow is key. Find some exercise or hobby that you like and is realistic and add this into your daily routine. Keep talking, that's important, so friends, family, social network it helps to keep your mind occupied. Start a new project. Remember, this won't go on for ever so use the time now usefully. We are here to help and support each other so you are not alone in this. 😊😊

Hi Rob-B1, sorry you've been down, but I guess we've got the best excuse for it in the world at the moment.

Take strength in the thought that you aren't alone in this. And you've sensibly come up with your own answer to help. And that is to get active. It's a tough one because the lower you feel, the harder it is to make the change. But in the words of that time honoured saying.... 'even the longest journey starts with a single step'. So try and find the enthusiasm to take just that first step and may it lead to many more, until you are feeling more cheerful.

As bobbybobb said, don't forget we are here to help buoy you up too. We can't make it all right for you, but we might be able to cheer your day now and again! 🙃
