I love powerwalking and the steps are just a personal challenge. I haven't been walking for a couple of days now and feel it when I don't get out. I'm glad you got out, it'll soon be Spring and be pretty when out.
I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm keeping going as long as I can, I've got a friend who's a year older than me, 62, and she's had ME for years and now has an electric wheelchair. This is why I'm keeping going as long as I can because we don't know what's around the corner, I'm fortunate which I'm so thankful for xx
You are an inspiration to me and I am grateful for that Alicia! Watched the One Show and a retired police woman in her 30th or 40th, she's got MS! But she inspired women to take up keep fit and then they started running! It was amazing to see her face when Alex Jones surprised her and everybody said thank you! I must keep trying π
Aww bless you, thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate it. It's not easy at times but I give myself a talking to and feel much better for doing it.
That sounds great, the One Show is a good programme and I really do like Alex Jones.
Be kind to yourself and little by little to you will get there.
Alicia xx
Lovely again and sheep or lambs I love to see them jumping about I think that's spring lambs isn't it lol and you stroked a horse too, I'd so love to live your way and the air was always milder too when we got off our national Holliday coach trips hull is on coast and get north wind so it's havok on my neuralgia, sleep tight you will I'm sure after all them steps πΆππ€Έπ΄πxx

Thank you Mandy and I love to see lambs jumping around in Spring time. Yes I stroked the horse, it was beautiful, it's so calming stroking an animal as you well know. Oh yes it's colder in the North. My father was from Durham, Grandparents Kendal and I have a cousin that lives in Gisburn near Skipton so I'm half northern and proud of it. I did sleep well thank you.
I'm so it plays havoc with your Neuralgia.

Hi Alicia well that's the last time I go out with no make up I took pixie up tenfort and got chatting to a really nice guy who not seen for ages if he wernt married he'd be my soul mate as in he is like me he did some work for me many years ago and we always stop to chat when see, luckily it was getting dark and I watched a amazing sky change and go bright pink but the shots aren't as good on phone but it cheered me up and nice to talk to a old friend and remember my other male friend from our street I bumped into first day out with no make up well it's sods law so never again lol, I'm starting my sad lamp tomorro as I don't feel right I'm so glad I got the sky to look at and forget everything else for a while, hope you have nice night ππxx

That's what I call typical Mandy, when you least expect it. How lovely to catch up with someone you hadn't seen in a long time. How lovely as well to watch the sky change. The sad lamps I understand are very good so here's to you feeling much brighter once you start using it. Have a lovely evening πΉπxx
That's brilliant and I love your photos! Xxxxπβ€οΈπβ€οΈ

Thank you. Pleased it's been lovely where you are, the North has definitely been better than the South West. I don't know where you are but I saw the Lake District was looking good today (I looked on Facebook). ππππ
I agree, it's beautiful but then so is Wales and Scotland - Scotland is a place I would love to visit - I've had the pleasure of visiting some places in Wales and that's a lovely country too.
I've been to both Wales and Scotland but only once in each place, we stayed at Fort William in Scotland back in 2007. We stayed in North Wales near Conwy. They are both such beautiful areas.
I'd love to visit Rosslyn Chapel (and other places), it's a dream of mine. West Wales is a beautiful place - we've visted most of the places from Swansea up to Aberystwyth and it's so clean too. xx
I was surprised it was that amount of steps and all in the wet, I must be nuts LOLπ The horse was so lovely, wasn't sure in the beginning but then was more than happy to be stroked.
Who cares about a bit of drizzle when you have beautiful scenery and animals to view. While you approach 30.000 steps, I am grateful if I do 3000!! ππ Keep walking and cycling as so good for the health and well being. π
Precisely, a bit of drizzle hurts no-one and it's so good to get out. Oh the horses are out in force at the moment which I'm loving. I totally agree, it's so good for you.πππ
I just love them, I always have. I can understand your fear as a lot of people are fearful of large animals, cows and bulls being other animals. Horses are such beautiful animals xx
