This was what I had for dinner tonight. The chocolate pudding was like fluffy mousse!πŸ˜€πŸ‘ The macaroni and cheese was gluten free noodles and thick shredded/creamy cheddar cheese. Everything was really good.

I can believe it! My cat won’t let us get dinner ready until she gets feed a half hour before we get to have anything.πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Yes, I keep looking at the picture and it looks really nice. I'm sure you would have enjoyed it very much. I was friendly with a Jewish lady years ago we lived close by. I was much younger then. She was married to an English teacher then settled here. Her husband had retired and had become disabled so sometimes I would give her a lift to the shops in the car. I remember then she use to discuss with me about some of the Jewish custom's. She and her husband where ever so interesting..Her husband was not of the same faith. I had a really good friendship but over the years when I moved and had children, lost contact. They won't be around now obviously but I often think of her and the conversations we had. She was such a gentle kind soul. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

That sounds lovely. Did you go to a Seder at her house?

If it was near Christmas, it may have been Hanukkah with latkas and a menorah with candles for 9 sections.

Passover has a big Seder plate with certain items on it to represent how the Jews left Egypt to be free. Both holidays are 8 days and start at sundown the night before.πŸ˜€πŸ‘

That Mac n cheese looks delicious!!! 🀀
