Hi everyone. This is leftovers from last Thursday night’s dinner. It’s gluten free. The‘ Ziti’ is Penne pasta and is made with corn. The meal was with ricotta cheese, 6 mixed cheeses and sauce. The Conolli filling was made with chocolate chips (minis), sugar, cinnamon and more ricotta cheese. We didn’t bake the shell so everyone could have both items. With the filling and pasta, we also had a side salad with blue cheese dressing.
That's an absolutely new recipe for me Leah, but looks delicious and certainly doesn't stint on the cheese. Sadly I couldn't get access to the filling recipe, but I'm sure that's great too!
You're welcome! You do the same with the cinnamon when you do the French Toast. Sprinkle it on and then microwave if you want to warm it (the French Toast) up before eating.
