Well for me not a great deal, replied to a couple of posts on this forum, cleared out a couple more photo albums, just checked, still got 8 more to clear!!! Still it'll keep me occupied for a week or two, just checked the diary and it's clear for the next few weeks, a couple of friends will like some of the pics so I've just been up and posted a couple of letters, foolishly, last night I thought the next big thing to do will be to clear the airing cupboard but I'm leaving that for a few weeks

Hello Jennymary, I've probably done a lot less than you today! It actually sounds as if you were really well occupied with your photo albums, among other things.
Oh yes, leave that airing cupboard for a bit now. You've earned a break.
It was much colder here this morning although the strong wind seems to have blown through now and it's another cloudless, sunny evening. In happier times it's the time of day when I love to just stroll up the High Street outside. There's a special sort of atmosphere there on bright sunny evenings as places start opening for dinner and people start to gather to sit outside for coffees or drinks. Oh well.... one day.....
As to my own efforts for today, I just haven't made any. I felt like a complete day of rest and I've watched some YouTube channels and planned some craft projects from things I've viewed there, and I sat at our long-case window for a while just watching the world go by. Despite lockdown it's always busy out there, with people passing regularly going to and from our many supermarkets.

Good afternoon. Today I worked 4 hours from home. Made lunch for myself and hubby. Reading a book on Theodore Roosevelt - hardly had time to read prior to the Virus. Doing some research online. Then around 4pm going to support local Italian restaurant (and take a night off from cooking) and order some dinner. Big question is pick up or delivery. Its raining and cold outside. There's my answer!

Wow, You have been working on those photo albums for a good few days now. My mum has all the old photo's and I really feel the need to look at them. I might ask her to take a couple of snaps on her phone and send them to me. I'll ask her to pick a couple of random old photographs, then, when I hear a beep on my phone, it will be a nice surprise. I had a bit of a sore leg today but I still managed to walk Bobby and Pip my dogs. Have a good evening. xx

I am feeling less down so it is good to get some things done.
I ordered some filters I needed. I posted on here answering some comments. I cleaned out a air conditioner single unit, washed the filters, got my air purifier working just by reading instructions which I should have read before I changed that filter. I brushed my two hairy dogs and gave them each a bath, I put their blankets in the wash and put 1 more load in
Well that’s all I can think of. Now I am glad it is time for dinner and time to relax.

Our day started out mellow. Went to the post office (half hour away), did some birding, checked out a bunch of firewood that someone wants to give away-just have to cut it up, did some gardening, then:
A friend came by to drop off some horse manure for the garden, another friend came by to check out our worm bin, another to pick up a loaf of sourdough bread, the fire chief came by to pick up some cement for the smoker he is making, our neighbor came over to order a new TV (his blew up due to the electric company work on the power line and borrow some eggs). He doesn’t have internet at his house.
All at the same time! Sheesh. We had a long line of cars on our driveway.
The dogs were happy with all the activity.
Hi here was my day - Got up late, went on the computer, called a friend,
did some laundry and folded it. Made pasta for dinner, took a nap, went on the computer, made a few phone calls to friends, and now I have to do the dishes and wipe down all the door knobs, handles and light switches. Bought some more cleaning stuff online, bought a trash can for the bathroom and put in a grocery order for pick-up.

Hi Jenny - I've been reading posts on facebook, watching Last of the Summer Wine on tv and doing my crosswords, trying to stay as relaxed as posible. We have food deliveries coming later today so we'll be finding space to store them xxx
