It looks really hot from the wonderful photographs. You did well walking 10 miles in this heat and what a beautiful walk it looks. ππΌπΈπ³
Thank you Bobby.
We were fortunate and had a lovely sea breeze that kept away any intense heat. It was a lovely walk, from the front door and no car needed, perfectππππΆββοΈ
I'm glad you enjoyed your walk cf. These photos are gorgeous, thanks for posting them. xx
Thank you Jerry and it was. Oh yes, I do maybe need a paddock first thoughπ
Enjoy the rest of your evening.

That sea looks so inviting, just to dive in and float away.
It really was lovely, can't believe that you can't see your hand in front of your face here today, it's so foggy.
I also went for a walk with my husband over the South Downs-sea looked beautiful-I don't have many photos (husband is the photographer)-we did about 4 miles-but it was really hot coming back downhill and we had very sore knees (both over 70)! I don't know why so many people crave Spain when we have lovely places to holiday here!!
First time we've done a proper walk since 'lockdown'!
The South Downs is so a beautiful place and what a lovely place to walk, the countryside is so beautiful. I get problems with my knees now and am going to start doing some physio as it really did help me a couple of years ago when I damaged my knee, leg and foot, I think that's why I have problems with my knee now (I'm 61). I do have a lot of faith in physio as it made a huge difference when I did it last time. I totally agree, Spain doesn't appeal to me whatsoever, places that would appeal to me are ones that also have beautiful countryside but had the added bonus of wall to wall sunshine.
I'm so glad you got out so well done.
Absolutely gorgeous, is that in Devon? X
Thank you Floxxy and it certainly is, it's the edge of the South Hams. x
Blimey crazyfitness. You must both be super fit. You certainly do alot more than me And the Pictures are Beautiful Have a lovely weekend
Thank you Bingo and I do love outdoor exercise. It's not what each of us does but what we enjoy is the most important thing.
Hope you have a lovely weekend as well.

Wonderful..I love it when people share photos of their walks..looks like a beautiful place..π»π·π¦
Thank you and I'm pleased that you liked them.
That coastal path is the finest walk in the world, bar none. It has everything and so good that you are fit enough to enjoy it.
It really is a beautiful walk and another couple of places I like are Derbyshire and the Lake District, these are the two places we go on holiday.
Interesting you say that. We have just sold our bungalow in Christchurch and are moving to Derbyshire so that we are back in a walking and running environment
I was born in Derbyshire (Castleton) and came down to London when I went to university and have remained here ever since. I would love to return to Derbyshire one day.
I started visiting Castleton and Derbyshire on my BSA Bantam in 1963 from Shropshire. It was a climber and walkers paradise. Years later, living in Wolverhampton, I drove over and won the Kinder Downfall Fell Race. That's why it has such good memories for me.
Good memories indeed. I used to love winter when the snow drifts got so deep they covered the downstairs windows. My dad used to say βgo outside love and see if Iβm thereβ. He rode a Matchless with the jam pot suspension to work in Sheffield but his pride was a Vincent Rapide and bullet sidecar which was used at weekends and holidays.
Ooh fabulous, I love Derbyshire and as you say, a good walking and running environment, the old railway tracks are very good ie the Tissington Trail.
Oh my...so lovely....picture post card!
Thanks for always sharing, I close my eyes and imagine I am there! π
Thank you Williemom, I'm so glad you enjoyed the photos
