Just wondering if some of you ladies had a reaction to zometa? I had my first infusion yesterday and I ache from head to toe and also a low grade fever. Does this happen with each infusion?

I had Zometa infusions 2 times. The first time I had severe arm pain 3 days later. I took a pain pill but got very little relief. The pain went away after about 4 hours.
The second infusion was 3 months later. That night I woke with stomach cramps and nausea. I spent most of the night in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting.
My doctor said it was not critical that I take Zometa now, maybe later.
I had one infusion of Zometa and it made me so sick l refused to have further treatment.
I had one treatment of zometa too and was in bed the whole next day feeling like I got hit by a truck. I am having my second on July 14. Someone told me to take a couple of Tylenol before and drink lots of water before and ask them to infuse it slowly, so we will see. It makes me nervous to try again too.
