For dinner tonight, I had gluten free spaghetti and chunky tomato sauce. The cheese I used was two slices of provolone cheese and parmesan cheese. I had ice tea and water on the side. The best part is, the spaghetti was leftovers from another dinner a few weeks ago. Very good and filling.
Stay safe and healthy everyone.

Sounds good. I donβt have gluten restrictions but once tried to make gluten free pizza in our bread oven for a visiting friend. It was edible but not that good. Definitely a learning curve.
Thank you for letting me know. I have a gluten/wheat intolerance, so I have been on a gluten free diet for the last 4.5 years.
The gluten free spaghetti and pizza (depending on what you use instead of regular flour), the food tastes greatβ in my personal experience. Some pizzas have rice crust. Some spaghetti is made of corn/rice.ππ I enjoy both.ππ
No, but I have a wheat/gluten intolerance and I don't feel good when I do have anything with wheat in it (lots of cramps that make it hard to walk around/move). I've been gluten free for almost 5 years, now.
That's a shame, you are just the sort of person that needs to be able to get hold of it... Those of us who don't need it don't buy it, very best wishes cazer.
For those that are not coeliac /gluten intolerant.. Please consider not buying the gf pasta..
My son is coeliac, as is my niece.. Both of which will be really ill if they eat gluten...
Over this difficult period they have been unable to get any gluten free pasta... Partly because people that do not have a problem are buying it if there is no normal pasta..
I am not trying to be critical but please consider that buying a gf product at the moment may be depriving coeliac of essential food.
Please understand I don't think anyone means anyone any harm by buying these products, but feel most people would not realise it is an issue...
Well done, i find my gf pasta doesn't reheat well. I normally have the sauce on all mine, so cannot reheat in hot water. Great you used yours, i commend you. Keep safe take care x
Thank you for your reply, Witsend8 . What I do is, I put the leftover pasta into the microwave to warm up with some sauce and cheese on top to cook everything (like a pasta pie in a bowl), then I add some parmesan cheese and that sometimes melts in from the heat. Really good!
Thank you, Hidden ! Best part is, there's still some leftovers in the freezer waiting for another day. It's amazing that there's so much, but I guess we had cooked a lot in one night and then I'm the only one eating it.
Hi Leah
Sounds delicious to me. I have the GF fusilli from Tesco but haven't tried it yet, I've had the Sainsbury's GF penne and that was good. I also have an intolerance to the fructans in the gluten as I have IBS, there's so much more available now.
