the difference between replies that go to chat and regular home.sometimes it goes to chat and I don't know why
when you ant to answer a home post it takes to you various hubs
what determines what replies in what of your hub goes to home post-it
I am at a total lost since it varies all the time. Sometimes it has a certain pattern of behavior other time it doesn't. It acts like covid-19 irrationally. Please help!
The ability to reply to this post has been turned off.
When you do a reply/posting and you click on the saved button, you get replies/new postings sent to the inbox for your e-mail to say you have updates. The chat (two bubbles) have numbers on the bubbles if you get a message on HU. I hope this helps.
I'm not sure where to start with this jevousaime4ever
First I think I'd try to find out what communities you have joined. To see a list, if you look at the very top of the HealthUnlocked page you are on, you will see a row of buttons. One of them is labelled Hub and is next to what looks a bit like the buttons of a phone. Click on hub and you'll see a drop-down list of all the groups you belong to on HealthUnlocked. Let's say you want to post here on the Positive Wellbeing in Self Isolation. Just click on that, in your list. Think of these communities as separate rooms, in one big house. So once you see you are inside the room that is Positive Wellbeing, anything you post will be posted here.
I see you are able to post a question here, because I'm answering one, so I know you can do that.
But chat is something entirely different. It's a private conversation you have with someone, maybe who has personally contacted you, and you want to reply. When you have a message waiting, a yellow alert with a number in it will let you know to click on 'Chat' to read your message.
When you've read it, you can reply but typing into the box underneath and clicking the Send button which is located at the right hand side of the box. That conversation will only be seen by you and the person you are trying to contact, or who has contacted you.
I hope that clears it up a little bit for you, but if I'm on the wrong track, post again, and I'll try to offer some more help. 😊
