An old 'Outnumbered' had me smiling!

Dear Everyone,

Do you remember that Series 'Outnumbered', with Claire Skinner, Hugh Dennis, Samantha Bond. Plus the 'Brilliant' Children: Tyger Drew-Honey, Daniel Roche and Ramona Marquez? (yes I did look these names up!) The family are at the Airport, very early for the Flight home. After a time a game of 'I Spy' is being played Karen (Ramona Marquez) has a word being with 'T'. After some time, all the 'others' Give Up. "Time!" shouts 'Karen' triumphantly "You can't 'See' time" comments Mum (Claire Skinner). "Yes you can" insists Karen "people often say 'Look At The Time'!"

Well it made Me 'Chuckle'!

🤣😂😂🤣🙏 AndrewT.

Hugh Dennis makes me chuckle, if I recall correctly his father was a man of the cloth and used to take the cat out for a walk on a lead that extends!! 😂

I'm loving Outnumbered AndrewT. I've come to it very late, but have been binge-watching. There can't be a parent on the planet who can't identify with it! I have seen that episode. Those kids are too clever for their own good! 😄

Well to 'Coin A Phrase'.... I Do NOT Believe it! the Great Richard Wilson....Is he still alive? I know that he did a 'B' Road Tour, a few years back.

I've got ALL the Monty Python Series and two films. A lot of the Carry On films too. Four of the Original St Trinian's plus the first remake (don't bother with the sequel....Fritton's Gold).

All great Stuff.

As far as I know he is still alive. I remember the road trip series. He was also in Only When I Laugh in the 70s. Showing my age now 😂

I have just Checked... He IS alive, having survived a Heart attack and a 'Fall From A Balcony'.... Wilson even wants to get back, on the Telly!

You've got some brilliant ones there I couldn't watch one foot in the grave without being in fits of laughter and my mum could never understand what I was laughing at with Monty python. And of course who could not laugh at Fawlty towers especially the one where he's hitting car with branch of tree

The Carry on films are Great! I have all the dvds, I found Carry on christmas there are four of them. I get them out every christmas. They are christmas steckes with some of the carry on stars, you should be able to get them on dvd from ebay or Amozom.

My parents were watching the show for a while, but I don’t know if they saw this episode or not.

Brilliant!! I can see my Dad now, roaring laughing, we all ended up in fits of laughter. And yes, I remember only when I laugh, I think it was filmed on a hospital ward, fantastic!!!

Thank you for making me laugh 😂

I love that programme. I have all the boxed sets. The earlier series were the best, when Karen was young. I think my favourite one was when the hamster died and Karen had a burial service for it. The things she said were hilarious. x

We loved this from the start and couldn’t understand the 10pm time slot. Was amazed to learn that KAREN ad-libbed her words.

I watched many episodes of “outnumbered” last year, don’t recall that episode though. Also watched “cuckoo” the next age group up to “outnumbered” and something like “over the horizon” as the adult version. All very amusing

I’ve been watching Outnumbered too and agree with you; it’s so funny and true to life!

I also caught an Episode of the Vicar of Dibley recently; I’d forgotten how hilarious that was too! Apparently, Dawn French is writing more episodes, I believe!

It was brilliant and I'd heard she might be too. The funniest was when she stepped into puddle and dissapeared
