This is how I really would like to virus to go ad quickly ad it came

It is here to serve a purpose, it does not discrimate, it is not class based

It does not give preferential treatment to the elitist members if society

I studied law many years ago but was denied progression as my qualifications deemed to be mediocre

I can only hope with the world rapidly transitioning that society will and can give a chance to those with genuine and sincere values

The necessity of a fairer equally balanced society is cslled for so that we all have s valuable role to play

Yes, I agree that if a person has a special talent/ability to do something and turn it into a career, then they should be allowed to try and make it their goal to achieve what they want to do.

As usual I worry about my Mother

She has eaten a spinach curry and started with a little cough

Things are okay today. It's sunny outside, but a little cool. I spent most of my day doing replies and reading. I had lunch at 12 noon and that was a gluten free bagel with peanut butter and cocoa almonds on top. I also had a Greek yogurt on the side with some water.

It's always hard when you have a loved one that is far away from you. We can only do what we can. Have you called your mom today?

Her health is usually ok but she ate a spicy curry and started with a slight cough

She said she had tasted the curry and since then a slight dry cough

There is a spicy spinach curry meal that you can buy. Did she have this issue before when eating spicy foods?

Yes, it's hard when you have parents that are 60+ years old. My parents are in their 60's.

All I know is that she has Sinusitis and she is elderly living on her own

Actually, they live with me. I can't get a place on my own since I have some health issues that require some help now and then.

I can handle them, but when the blood sugars go down, they drop really fast and I need someone around in case I can't do what is needed to be done at the time.

I tried to study a little

I tried two on line classes

One for healing using the sound of Reiki

One I tried to start on line yoga

Then when I heard mums slight cough

I lost concentration

It always panics me when something not quite right

She has Sinusitis which is a nasal congestion and Mum has a habit of projecting her fears and anxieties on to me which in turn panics me and this is why I struggle to pass the Diploms and find employment

I do understand. Everyone worries about someone that they care about. It can be a friend or family member. I worry about my Grandma who is in Ohio.

I try to do slow in and out breathing and if it doesn’t help, I try to do some reading to block the worries. 😀👍

It is only me in UK and I find myself very isolated plus the anxiety of my Mother

I wish I had someone in my life to help out with an elderly parent

I dealt with my Father on my own and now two years later it is the concern I have for an elderly Mother

So important to have good family around

Sorry to hear this do you know there are now support dogs that can sense a hypo coming on and warn you? It's amazing the different things can train to do nowadays

They can’t pick up low blood sugars. They can sniff the highs because a person can spill ketones from high blood sugars, usually.

I'm glad you had a chance to get some time to do some studying and also listening to music. That's a good stress reliever for me now and then, too.

My parents are okay. I haven't had a chance to talk to my Nephew or Niece today, but I may later before or after dinner tonight depending on the timing.

If you ever feel anxious or worried, try to close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly a few times.

Not real service dogs. One company lied and said they trained the dogs, but turned out they just wanted people to give money for dogs who are pets. I have looked into this years ago.

That's not fair, what some people will do for money.

This was a programme on about training dogs from rescue centres to just do one particular thing. There was the diabetic, one a young lad that got very tired going up and down stairs taught his to bring his phone to him and take his socks off, another one for narcolepsy, can't remember what the other 3 were. They said much cheaper to train dogs for one specific task. You could always enguire again
