Human beings are capable of having 1000's of thoughts per day... Some of them are positive thoughts, some of them necessary thoughts and others are either waste thoughts or negative thoughts. Needless to say that to remain healthy ( physical, mental, emotional health), we need to avoid negative thoughts such as Greed, Fear, Anger, Hatred, Jealous....and waste thoughts such as thinking about the past and future......

So true! Is not easy to be self aware, but it is so important, specially when there is so much we can't control outside.

Meanwhile I was watching this I thought "how difficult is for me to be right here, right now!" I guess it is practice...
