I caught the last few minutes of the green goddess on tv this morning. Only did the arm exercises and the stretches. I didn’t realise how deconditioned I am.
I intend to repeat them throughout the day and see if I can join her again tomorrow.
I also got an exercise booklet from blf which I haven’t opened yet 😊 and I’ve got some exercise videos I can dust off and a dusty exercise bike I could use.
Notice the word “could.” 😐
I am a woman of over 70 but try to do a bit of Yoga and other exercises fairly early in the a.m-I suppose could do more-I always have a short walk every day even if just around the block! Good Luck- stay safe-keep moving the body !!! Good for mental health so we are told!
