What are the things that people are doing to keep physically healthy if you have to stay in and can't go out during isolation

I caught the last few minutes of the green goddess on tv this morning. Only did the arm exercises and the stretches. I didn’t realise how deconditioned I am.

I intend to repeat them throughout the day and see if I can join her again tomorrow.

I also got an exercise booklet from blf which I haven’t opened yet 😊 and I’ve got some exercise videos I can dust off and a dusty exercise bike I could use.

Notice the word “could.” 😐

I am a woman of over 70 but try to do a bit of Yoga and other exercises fairly early in the a.m-I suppose could do more-I always have a short walk every day even if just around the block! Good Luck- stay safe-keep moving the body !!! Good for mental health so we are told!

However it suits you ?!

I switched on the radio this morning to hear the presenter on the Today programme on radio 4 talk about daily ten minute routines for older people. These can be done sitting or standing so I would think anyone can do them. Here is the link:
