I like that, proactive resolve, I can almost hear the positivity coming out of you. This, really is a good thing you are thinking this way. You are so right, when you have a lot of time on your hands, you dwell and your mind wanders and a small problem can feel like it has significantly increased, when it hasn't increased at all. It's just that you have had time to dwell and taken it out of proportion. I sense a confidence and strength in you and know you can move forward with your issues. I've got to brave the shops today. My mum and brother can't get online delivery till next week so they need some supplies picking up. So wish me luck 😁 I will be taking some exercise later when I take the dogs out for their walk. Probably catch up on here later in the evening. It's important to find some structure in the day even in you don't plan to go out. Even if it's going to a different room to read or a different room to exercise even in a small space structure is important.😁😁😁
I make a list but as the days seem like long weekends I rarely incorporate structure

Actually I think you are doing amazingly well. I know you often mention your difficulty in coping, during this crisis, but you are managing your fears really well. As bobbybob has already mentioned, it's inevitable that our minds wander, over and over again, to how we will manage, and that's everybody, so don't think of yourself as weak for doing the same thing.
It's a wonderful thing too, to have a strong faith to cling to, so continue to do that and of course we are always here when you need to share how it's going for you.
So keep on doing what you are already doing Roukaya. This trying time won't be forever and one day you'll be back with your family and be able to put all this behind you. Take care today and stay safe.
