I am now living alone, widower, however, I don't feel lonely, I have good neighbours, in fact I take my neighbours dog a walk as the man has a slight heart condition and his wife is busy at home with work and their two children.
I am also a member of the Healthunlocked C25K and Bridge 210K community, at the moment I am taking part in the Vitality Running World Cup Healthunlocked team, I am also in touch with my family by phone or by the Messenger app.

Hi - I am a C25k graduate as well and see your posts on a regular basis . Are you still managing to get out running as well as taking your neighbbour's dog a walk ? It's so important isn't it to keep ourselves motivated during this period . I run normally around 4 - 5k three times a week which suits me fine. I was out at 6.30 am this morning - there were very few people people around.
Like yourself I'm keeping in touch with my family via facetime etc. - miss them so much but following the guidelines . I have two daughters and a granddaughter working in the NHS. I'm more worried about them than myself - but so proud of them . Keep safe.
Thanks lexiemcd, yes I am still going runs, this morning I ran a 5K to add to my and also the total of kilometers ran for the Vitality World Running Cup Healthunlocked team, I am at just over 40K ran but that is nothing compared to some runners who have ran almost 200 Km.
I understand why you are worried about your daughters and granddaughter, as they are working with the NHS, they are the heroes of this country.
That's brilliant AlMorr - you certainly keep active enough !! I know there'll be lots of people who are isolated and not as fit or able to get exercise so this is an excellent forum for keeping in touch and supporting others through this pandemic.
The sun is shining now in the NE of Scotland so I'm of out to help (or hinder) my husband in the garden. You take care.
