I have always tried to connect in this site
I am unable to sleep well due to anxiety of the neighbours music and my Mother’s over demanding behaviour
I now realise what is causing so much unhappiness and it is for us to know how to resurrect our lives if we are given the chance to
Oh my word, are they still playing music. When you have been stressed out by the constant t drone of loud music, all your other worries are intensified. It's because of the irritation of the music and upset your neighbors are causing you with the music at the moment. Anyone, under those circumstances will have a heightened sense of anxiety. It will settle again when the irritation is under control. You are right, we have the ability to trigger change for new beginning, when chance happens upon us. I do hope you get some sleep tonight so you can wake refreshed in the morning and enjoy the day. 🌸🏵🌸

I can understand, it's the anticipation of the music starting again. I know you have a difficult time with you mum but I think you in actual fact, deal and cope very well with it. Only you will know the right solution in how to manage your mum in a way to try and avert the stress she directs towards you. Maybe look and have a think to see if there is anything you can do to lighten this as your mum is unlikely to take any steps to improve things. Try to get some sleep. Tomorrow is a new day. 😊😊
I can only hope to be able to cope with managing my anxiety concerning my elderly mother and the tenants below

Given the impact of the pandemic I feel bad for talking of my worries
It is good to talk about your worries and you should never feel bad, ever. I hope you managed to get some sleep last night. I see you have a candle from Lourdes you are lighting today. I think this is a lovely idea and when it is burning maybe think of the story of how Lourdes came about because it is such a wonderful story. Know that your candle that you are burning has come from a place of goodness and healing. When you ring your mum today, be prepared, try to find the strength to let her anxiety bounce off you, then when the call is ended, get on with enjoying the rest of your day and have a really pleasant day. 🌷🌷🌷
Don't feel bad about talking through problems as what's trivial to one person isn't to another.

The pills seem expensive
However I usually do prayer and mediation when I suffer from anxiety
Today evokes memories of mr being in Lourded
To see it closed breaks my heart
I have candies from Lourdes and I will light them during the day for healing
I have also 'Offered' a Simple Prayer- for all Peoples.
