Online Live gentle Tai Chi

Idea- I am a church's Parish Nurse -our church's gentle Tai Chi instructor is doing the class live online every day at 10AM (USA central daylight time) Meant for older folk, it focuses on better balance and movement. He does it on the Zoom meeting platform. We have been doing it a week and works pretty well. I know yoga studios are doing something similar. Try and find something that works for you. Even a youtube class. But I love that we can do it live, for free.

If it's your first time, you will be prompted to download the app. Say yes to questions about audio & video to allow you to see and hear friends. Instructor Paul will control audio/visual after class starts. Prop up your phone, line up your screens. If your desktop computer doesn't have a camera - you can still see and hear the class, we just might not see you! You CAN choose to mute or block video of yourself for you privacy.

Room will be open 15 minutes before class. FREE. There may be some limit to number who can be in class at same time.
