Dear All,
The 'Advert' for a Bed Shop, that know well, said 'Sale Now On'. So I phoned my Mother, the one with the car (and Licence), and we went there.
The Assistant asked me "What 'Type', on mattress, do you want" I wasn't sure so replied 'Medium please'. I was directed to several mattresses none, of which, I liked much. Then I Spotted, a nice ('nice' oh p-lease 🥴) looking one- that was in the sale. It was apparently, though I don't know why, considered a 'Firm' one....It was LOVELY, clearly the one for me😀. Better still, my Mother- bless her- said that she would Buy It for me...As a joint Christmas, and Birthday, present (my birthday is in February).
I went into another shop, the first didn't have any, and bought a Mattress Cover. Not a 'Waterproof' one, they are Horrible, I keep a Towel under me anyway. A nice Fleecy, warm one. Couple this with a 'half price' fleece, from Cotton Traders....quite a successful afternoon's shopping👍.
I'm NOT, generally speaking, the 'Shopping Type' but, with a Sale, 'On' something I actually NEEDED......Too good, to miss!
