Positive Wellbeing During Self-Isolation

I am a teen with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and an undiagnosed eating disorder.

I have been in the psychiatric unit before, three times in the past three years.

I am doing very well as far as my anxiety and self-injury. I have not cut in about a year now. :)

I am not as isolated as I used to be.

Dear Elisa,

I don't know much about, your condition, but I'm glad that you are no longer 'self harming'. I'm not too sure that this is the right 'forum' for you- it is really to do with auto-immune conditions. Primarily vasculitis, where the body attacks itself.

Sorry that I can't be much more help.

Very best wishes anyway.

Hello Elisa. Sorry to hear of your difficulties but glad that you are finding some improvement. Have you had any talking therapies or Music Therapy. Has the cause of your problems been examined? Do you know the source of your problems or is it all a mystery to you?

Wishing you well.
