Hi

I have been having acupuncture from a very well qualified medical practitioner for osteoarthritis and for PMR..i find it helps greatly with pain relief (and also general well being) and has enabled me to reduce my prednisolone down to 2 mg without too much difficulty. Started on 15 mg- 15 months ago. Find someone really well qualified and give it a try...in Australia if given by a medical practioner it is subsidised on our NHS so is relatively low cost.

hannmorr,

I have been thinking about acupuncture, how long have you had it to see relief and results for you and how many times a week??
