I have had physio for a shoulder problem which physio felt was a bicep ligament injury. Very slow to improve. I saw something from PMRpro about bicep tendinitis. Just wondering what other treatment may help if this is what I have.

Thanks for this. This is helpful. I think it’s also part of pmr for me. I’ve been reluctant to go back on prednisone but may need to do so.
If it is part of your PMR then there may be no other option - it is what stopped my tapering after being put on tocilizumab. I'm stable on TCZ every 2 weeks and 7mg pred - and that is all I and my rheumy want.
