Our daughter and one year old grandson are coming over to see us tomorrow from the mainland π
A bit of good news π: Our daughter and one year... - PMRGCAuk
A bit of good news π
Very nice for you, for sure, but do try not to overdo it!!! Pmr will probably try to get its oar in.
Hope you manage a happy relaxing day.

That's lovely - remember to make it a gentle visit!!!
We have been given permission to use the garden and summerhouse when they come π (dogs and children not allowed at the property)
Can't see a one year old playing football though!!!!!
Football? I don't understand π€
The usual reason for not allowing children in a property is because they break things - and kick balls about on lawns which risks damaging outside treasures! A one year old won't be much of a risk though.
Ah, I see. No, we stayed here before. It's lovely but the owner is soooo OTT re cleanliness and sanitation and perfection. She got a gold award and doesn't want to lose it. Not very child friendly either.
Fine for big people though!!!
That's what hubby said. Our grandchildren are often better behaved than some adults we know π
That's sounds like it will cheer you up.But remember, you are already struggling a little so you will still need to be restful.
Let your daughter be the Mum and do the running around , and let her give you the help you need too, not the other way around.
You can be a doting Grandma by sitting in a chair with your feet up and just giving the cuddles.
Take care , Bee
She's good at that, she's a teacher π
So happy for you...just relax and delight in their company. Let Mom do the mothering...π
