I’m currently on 2.5. First diagnosed 2018. My dexa scan shows osteopenia, I guess it was inevitable. I am going gym regularly now and can manage an hour Pilates. Anyone got any diet tips, am taking vit D.

Osteopenia with a t-score of -1.1 or a t-score of -2,4??? There is a world of difference with -1.1 being near enough normal and -2.4 almost osteoporosis and all stations inbetween.
You could wear one of those weight jackets which you see on Amazon etc. Alternatively you could put on a vast amount of weight, perhaps that is a bad idea!!
Magnesium and Vitamin K also important for bone health (dietary but maybe a supplement too once you've done your research). Lots of good exercises and advice on Royal Osteoporosis Society website - useful even if you don't have Osteoporosis. Heel drops, weights, skipping all good for bone strength.
thank you Orange
